Wygwam, a division of the Niko Group, is a dynamic organization specializing in innovative solutions. We are currently looking for a strategic Sr. Solution and Brand Marketeer to join our Commercial Segment team and play a pivotal role in elevating our brand positioning.
As a Sr. Solution and Brand Marketeer, you will be the driving force behind evolving our messaging framework for both Lighting Management and Building Automation solutions. You will bridge the gap between technical innovation and market value, leading the strategic shift from product-focused communication to solution-oriented storytelling. You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, and the Residential Business Unit to ensure our commercial readiness and brand consistency.
Key responsibilities
Build, own, and elevate the international brand positioning and messaging framework for the Commercial Segment
Translate technical value propositions into clear, targeted messaging for specific segments and audiences
Lead the development of customer journey mapping and define buyer personas to better understand our audience
Define and manage the commercial marketing activation plan, including value-driven narratives, content pillars, and campaign priorities
Responsible for Go-to-Market strategies and communication strategies for new product introductions (NPIs)
Contribute to strategic pricing from a positioning perspective by conducting thorough market scans and competition analysis
Build, implement, and refine both customer acquisition and customer base contact strategies
Collaborate with local and global teams to define and track metrics for customer engagement, satisfaction, and advocacy
Align closely with MarCom Leads and Marketing Operations to ensure effectiveness and consistency
Profile
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a specific focus on brand, product, and solutions marketing
Proven track record in technical industries such as IoT, lighting, energy, or industrial systems
Skilled in developing and executing integrated communication strategies that drive awareness and growth
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
Strategic yet agile mindset - capable of adapting quickly to a rapidly evolving building automation landscape
Strong passion for marketing communication and (digital) customer experiences
·Business fluent English
Plus points
Experience leveraging AI for campaign optimization and performance insights
Experience guiding an organization through a shift from product-selling to solution-selling
Knowledge of Dutch or French is a strong asset
