Position overview:
As the Account Manager, you will own the entire project sales cycle within your territory, from identifying opportunities to negotiating orders and managing processing. Within our Customer Service department, you and your team provide L2 technical advice and support to professional customers and users. You are the point of contact for more complex technical issues.
